Functieomschrijving
- answer incoming (commercial) telephone calls and e-mail and accept bookings
- negotiate, rate and quote on sales requests
- handle and insert all (pre-)bookings
- swift handling of all credit and other customer requests
- all actions taken from request to final booking
- all administrative actions which are required to run a clear administration
- maintain good and professional contact with our HQ, customers and other parties
- maintain communication with Sales department / OPS department / Handling agent
- all other common office and administration activities
Functie-eisen
- preferably a degree at intermediate vocational education level
- commercial insight and eager to achieve targets
- preferably a minimum of two years cargo airline experience in Sales & Reservations
- administrative skills with PC knowledge MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written
- be able to work independently
- be pro-active and able to represent Cargolux Airlines in front of customers
- be team-focused; possess good people and communication skills
- be ambitious and eager to grow with an international carrier (CV offers a career path)
- available for 40 hours, fewer hours is non negotiable
